Flush your plumbing woes down the drain
Faucets, water heaters, toilets, gas lines and the pipes under your yard, handled by licensed plumbers who work on properties of all sizes.
Chapter 01
The calls homeowners make
Most home plumbing calls start small. A faucet that drips all night, a toilet that keeps running, a pipe that leaves a stain on the ceiling below it, a water heater that quits on the coldest morning of the month. We install sinks and faucets, repair leaking and broken pipes, remove and replace water heaters and toilets, and put in garbage disposals for homes in Yakima, Selah, Wapato and Toppenish.
A drip you can hear is usually a worn part. A stain you can see usually means the pipe has been weeping for a while. Either way, the quicker someone looks, the less drywall and subfloor comes out with it.
Gas work is on the list too. Gas line installation runs fuel to a range, a dryer or a water heater, and it is work for a licensed contractor, not a weekend project.

Repipes and the lines you can't see
Some of the worst plumbing problems sit outside the house or inside a wall. A water service line repipe replaces the pipe that brings water from the street to your home. A sewer line repipe replaces the pipe that carries waste away. When a line is old, cracked or full of patches, replacing it beats chasing the next leak.
Smell is a different kind of problem. Smoke testing pushes harmless, visible smoke through the drain and vent system, and wherever it escapes, that is where air and sewer gas can get out. Odor location is slow, patient work, and the answer is often a joint or fitting nobody can see without opening something up.
A customer who had us install plumbing in a new business space wrote about exactly this: unpleasant smells a few months later, and a team that came back several times until they found a loose fitting under the floorboards. Her words are further down this page. Persistence is the whole job with odors.
Chapter 03
New builds and remodels
Don't let your dream house get off schedule. We install piping for new and recently remodeled homes, and it goes in before the tile and cabinets go on top of it. Rough-in done right is invisible when the job is finished, which is the point.

Job note
“I hired Apex to install new plumbing in my new business space. Despite a few obstacles, they got the job done! A few months later, we noticed some unpleasant smells. The Apex team came back multiple times over the next few weeks, determined to solve the problem. It turned out to be a loose fitting under the floorboards, which they fixed promptly. Their persistence and dedication to resolving the issue were impressive and appreciated!”
