Every drawing set has a title block that says who drew it and who signed off. This is ours: the owner who has been plumbing since he was 18, and the office and field people customers have met at the counter and at the job.

A summer job that turned into a career
Ryan McNett has been plumbing since he was 18, right after graduating high school. What he thought would be a summer job before heading off to college became his career.
He worked for Bock Plumbing for seven years. In 2001 he started at Apex as a journeyman plumber. By the end of his first year he was promoted to a management position, and within a couple of years he was general manager. He was then offered a seat as one of the six owners in Apex's ownership group, and in 2011 he was offered full ownership of the company.
Ryan oversees all operations at Apex, from estimating jobs to employee management. Asked what matters most, his answer is lasting relationships with clients. You can see how that plays out in what customers write on the testimonials page.

Crews change over the years. These are the people our team page has introduced, and the ones customers talk about. Call the office for who is scheduled to your job.
The office keeps the schedule and the paperwork moving. The service department handles both emergency and non-emergency plumbing issues.
Backflow, in his words
“I am a certified cross control specialist and a water distribution manager. I am also a certified back flow assembly tester. I have tested all types of back flow assemblies, both residential and commercial. I have over two years of experience in this field. Customer satisfaction is my priority. I am efficient, knowledgeable, and dependable.”
