Don't let your industrial project get backed up
Drains, water heaters, backflow assemblies and safety fixtures kept running in plants and warehouses across the Yakima Valley.
Chapter 01
Where industrial plumbing fails
In an industrial building the plumbing works all day, and it tends to fail in the same few places. A floor drain in a process area backs up. A water heater sized for a plant's load starts to fall behind. A backflow assembly on a process connection goes untested. An inspector writes up a violation that holds the next phase of the job.
The service list is short and plain. Toilet and sink drain cleaning. Backflow services. Water heater services. Emergency plumbing. Code violation correction. Each one has to be done around production, not instead of it, because a plant can't stop for a drain.

Routine maintenance checks
Apex will run routine maintenance checks to make sure everything is running smoothly. A check walks the building: drains for slow flow, water heaters for leaks and scale buildup, backflow assemblies for their yearly test date, eye wash and emergency shower stations for a clean flow, and every visible joint for a weep.
Catching a slow drain or a weeping union on a scheduled walk costs a fraction of what the same failure costs at two in the morning with a shift on the floor. Checks can be scheduled around your production calendar.
Chapter 03
New and remodeled industrial buildings
Apex also installs piping in new and remodeled industrial buildings, to strict quality standards, in Yakima, Toppenish, Sunnyside and the towns around them. The rough-in is planned against the equipment that's going to sit on it, so the process lines, floor drains and water heaters land where the plant needs them.
A free consultation is the first step on any new or remodeled building. When something fails outside office hours, the 24/7 service team picks up the same number that handles scheduled work.

Job note
Water that's been exposed to backflow is unsafe to drink, and it's the one industrial risk that doesn't announce itself. That's why backflow testing is a yearly job and why it belongs on the maintenance walk. If your site also needs boilers, gas and air piping, or medical gas, that larger scope is covered under commercial plumbing.
